Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ashton Bury® purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@ashtonbury.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping in full — just send us a photo of the issue when you contact us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@ashtonbury.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible at info@ashtonbury.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
