Shipping Policy

Where we ship

ASHTON BURY® currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no additional charges are added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 6 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6 to 8 business days.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak holiday periods can extend transit times. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost. Please contact us as soon as possible.
