How big is the bag?
19 x 5.5 x 13 cm (7.5" x 2" x 5"), with a 1L capacity. It comfortably holds a large phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, a power bank, and a few small essentials.

Will my phone fit?
Yes. The main compartment fits current large-format phones, including Pro Max and Ultra sizes, in a case.

How many pockets does it have?
Four. The main zip compartment opens to three interior sections, plus there's a hidden exterior zip pocket for quick-grab items.

How long is the strap?
The adjustable strap extends to 106cm (41.7"). Wear it around the waist, across the chest, or over one shoulder — it fits a wide range of body sizes.

Is it waterproof?
It is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. The nylon and polyester shell shrugs off rain, splashes, sweat, and scratches, but it isn't designed to be submerged.

Is it unisex?
Yes. The silhouette and strap range are designed to work for everyone.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not machine wash or dry clean — both will shorten the life of the bag.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and delivery takes a further 4–6 business days. Most US orders arrive within about a week of ordering.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us.

My bag arrived damaged or faulty. What now?
